I led the creative team, supporting Hockey Ops, foundation initiatives, and special projects while mentoring a talented group of designers, photographers, and marketers. Collaborating across partnerships, operations, marketing, and communications, I tackled the unique challenge of marketing a hockey team in sunny Florida.
I also connected with the community through Big Brothers Big Sisters and served on boards focused on creative impact. I helped shape strategies for media days, seasonal content, and partnerships, creating vision decks to align brands with the Panthers. Driving revenue growth through innovative sponsorship strategies across social, digital, OOH, and DOOH was a key focus.
Media Day
Directed the creative vision and static development for the Panthers' annual two-day media day, collaborating with the video lead to execute a bold concept featuring a pool on the ice for a cinematic shoot. Designed assets incorporating custom patterns, local environments, bold typography, red lighting, and vegetation to symbolize "the hunt." The dark, cinematic aesthetic captured the essence of a panther's den, showcased across in-bowl displays, marketing, grassroots initiatives, promotions, regional outreach, and digital platforms, embodying the rallying cry: TIME TO HUNT.
